  • Each reborn baby doll is handcrafted after you place your order to guarantee every detail is perfect.

  • The painting and finishing process usually requires 1–3 business days before shipping.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package in real time.

🚚 Tracking Your Order

🔄 Change of Address

You may contact our customer service team before your order has been shipped to update your shipping address.
Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Please note: Full silicone reborn dolls are designed to be closer in weight to real babies. Because of this, the shipping cost may be slightly higher. The final shipping fee will be calculated based on the price and weight of the full silicone doll you purchase.
